Wuxi Bohan's AOK series welding torches are primarily designed for the TIG welding of medium-to-thick-walled pipes, elbows, and tees, and are suitable for all-position welding of pipes with wall thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 20 mm. They are typically used in conjunction with equipment such as the AW400 programmable welding power source to achieve precise, automated welding.
● Applicable Wall Thickness: Suitable for wall thicknesses of 1–10 mm (up to 3–20 mm for certain models); capable of V-groove preparation and achieving single-sided welding with double-sided penetration.
● Welding Method: Supports both filler-wire and autogenous welding modes.
● Structural Design: Lightweight design featuring tangle-free wire feeding and automatic arc-length control with oscillation; the torch head utilizes a circulating water-cooling system, ensuring a high duty cycle.
● Applicable Materials: Suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, and other materials.
