The Bohan AS80 is a specialized welding head from the AS series of orbital tube-to-tube welding heads manufactured by Wuxi Bohan Automation; it is designed specifically for all-position TIG welding.
Utilizing an orbital welding method, the AS series heads are suitable for a wide range of configurations, including all-position tube-to-tube butt welding, straight pipe-to-elbow joints, and tee-to-straight pipe connections.
● Enclosed Welding Design: Features an enclosed welding structure that ensures excellent shielding, resulting in aesthetically pleasing welds with superior formation and minimal defects; weld quality meets Class I radiographic inspection standards.
● Rotary Non-Tangling Structure: The torch body utilizes a rotary, non-tangling design combined with water cooling, resulting in a lightweight torch with a high duty cycle.
● Circulating Water Cooling System: Equipped with a circulating water cooling system to ensure weld stability, making it suitable for prolonged, continuous operation.
● Clamping Block Positioning: Ensures precise positioning; quick-connect clamps reduce pre-welding setup time.
● Closed-Loop Feedback Control: Guarantees precision and repeatability throughout the welding process.
