The AT40 belongs to a series of automatic tube-to-tubesheet welding machines, capable of welding tubes with diameters ranging from Φ8 to Φ32 mm. It utilizes a rotating welding head to drive the torch around the outer wall of the tube, enabling automatic TIG welding of tube-to-tubesheet fillet welds.
●High weld quality: Uniform and aesthetically pleasing bead formation with consistent penetration; minimizes defects such as porosity, lack of fusion, and undercut, resulting in a high pass rate.
●High welding efficiency: Efficiency is several times higher than that of manual argon arc welding.
●Excellent consistency: Parametric control ensures strong batch-to-batch stability.
●Ease of operation: Parameters are set via a touchscreen, and multiple welding programs can be stored; short training periods reduce reliance on highly skilled welders.
●High adaptability: Modular design ensures precision and reliability.
●Low comprehensive cost: Reduces labor costs, rework rates, and scrap rates, offering excellent cost-effectiveness for long-term use.
●Improved working conditions: Reduces exposure to arc light, fumes, and heat radiation, while lowering the physical strain on welders.
●Welding Power Source: Optional domestic AW200/AW400 or EWM power source
●Control Cabinet: PLC + touchscreen control
●Rotating Head: Precision rotation, lifting, and feed mechanisms
●Welding Torch: Water-cooled TIG torch
●Wire Feeding Mechanism: Autogenous (no filler wire)
●Positioning Fixture/Mandrel: Ensures concentricity between the torch and the pipe end
●Cooling System: Water cooling
●Shielding Gas: Argon
