Development Summary: From the development of single welding torches independent research and development of a full range of pipe welding equipment, serving thousands of domestic pharmaceutical companies, semiconductor, water treatment, food and beverage, and boiler pressure vessel enterprises.
Deepening domestic substitution, benchmarking against European and American imported welding machines, and expanding the product line of new pipe welding products with liquid cooling and energy storage.
Mainly divided into two major product categories: one is orbital welding machines, which mainly include four welding products: automatic pipe-to-pipe welding, automatic tubesheet welding machine, open-type head automatic welding machine, and automatic pipe flange welding; the other is welding auxiliary tools, including pipe cutting machines, pipe facing machines, and tungsten electrode grinding machines.
Products are selected according to the customer's pipe diameter, wall thickness, and material. If the wall thickness is within three units, the automatic pipe-to-pipe welding machine can be chosen; over three units, choose the automatic pipe flange welding machine or open-type head automatic welding. For pipe-to-plate welding, select the automatic tubesheet welding machine. Auxiliary tools are used to remove excess burrs.
Reasons for Choosing BoHan Automated Welding Machines
First, it greatly saves labor costs. One piece of equipment requires only one operator to supervise, and a single operator can simultaneously manage 3 to 5 welding machines, effectively alleviating the industry’s shortage of skilled welders and the yearly rising labor wages.
Second, the finished product qualification rate is higher. Standardized machine operation avoids human errors, reduces defects such as missing welds, incomplete welds, and deformation, lowers steel material waste, and saves rework costs.
Third, it has a significant production efficiency advantage. The equipment can operate continuously around the clock, and its production capacity is far higher than intermittent manual welding.
Equipment Maintenance Rules
1. Daily Maintenance: After shutdown, clean the welding spatter on the welding gun and tooling fixtures, wipe off dust on the surface of the servo motor, and check whether the wire terminals are securely connected.
2. Weekly Maintenance: Check the lubrication of guides and transmission gears, and promptly add specialized lubricating oil if needed; perform a power-on test to check the stability of the power supply and arc control system.
3. Monthly Maintenance: Conduct a thorough inspection of the cooling circulation water pipes, clear any blockages, and repair any leaking pipes; calibrate the weld tracking sensors to prevent welding deviations.
4. All maintenance operations must cut off the main power supply beforehand. When the equipment is idle, store it in a dry, dust-free environment to prevent moisture from corroding internal circuit components.
