BOHAN AOK130 is an open-type (clamp-style) automatic TIG welding head designed for all-position welding. Its key advantage lies in its ability to perform high-quality circumferential welding around a pipe when the pipe itself cannot be rotated. It is specifically engineered for medium-to-thick-walled piping—with outer diameters ranging from 45 mm to 130 mm and wall thicknesses up to approximately 20 mm—making it ideal for industrial applications that demand superior weld quality, efficiency, and aesthetic finish.

●Caliper-style Clamping Structure: Clamps onto the pipe like a caliper, facilitating rapid mounting and positioning at any point along the pipe—ideal for on-site installation and maintenance.

●Water Cooling System: Features an integrated circulating water cooling system that effectively manages high welding temperatures, ensuring stable long-term operation and extending equipment lifespan.

●Zero-Backlash Gear Drive: Utilizes a high-precision, zero-backlash gear drive to ensure extremely smooth, obstruction-free rotation of the welding head—a prerequisite for high-quality welds.

●Arc Length Tracking System: Automatically maintains a constant distance between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece, compensating for irregularities such as surface unevenness to ensure weld uniformity.

●Parameter Storage: Stores welding parameters for up to 55 different pipe specifications, allowing for quick recall and ensuring process consistency.

●Remote Control Capability: Supports remote control, enabling operators to monitor and adjust the welding process from a safe location.
