PF500 Pipe Flange Welding Machine:

Welding Power Supply: Matches the AW400 all-position programmable welding power supply, with a current output range of 5–400A and an input voltage of 380V±10%. This power supply allows for precise control of hysteresis gas and water circulation, welding current, rotation direction, and speed through user-editable parameters.

Welding Head: FP500 flange welding head, specifically designed for circumferential welding of pipe flanges, enabling precise butt welding and 360-degree rotational welding between pipes and flanges.

Control System: Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen for an intuitive user interface. Built-in storage capacity allows for the storage of welding parameters for 55 different pipe specifications, with easy recall.
