AW200 Programmable Welding Power Source:
Core Configuration: Employs a German EWM inverter core, Siemens PLC control system, and a 10-inch touchscreen, ensuring precise control and stable operation.
Intelligent and Easy to Use: Built-in expert parameter library; during welding, the system automatically generates recommended parameters by inputting pipe diameter and wall thickness, lowering the operating threshold. It can store up to 55 welding programs for easy switching between different pipe sizes.
Integrated Design: Integrates power supply, control, and water cooling systems into one unit, reducing size and weight by approximately one-third compared to separate units, making it easy to carry and operate in confined spaces.
AS118 Welding Head: This is a closed-loop TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding head designed for all-position welding within a specific pipe diameter range.
Applicable Pipe Diameter: Welding pipe diameter range from Φ38.1mm to Φ114.3mm, with a maximum wall thickness of 3mm.
Cooling Method: Water-cooled design ensures stability during prolonged, high-duration operation.
Design Features: Excellent closed welding protection, compact appearance, suitable for installation in confined spaces; equipped with quick-connect clamps to shorten pre-weld preparation time.
