● Retrieve the main power unit and the welding head.
● Connect the welding head's cable plug to the main power unit.
● Turn on the power switch.
● Select the appropriate clamp based on the pipe diameter and wall thickness.
● Mount the clamp onto the welding head.
● Remove the tungsten electrode, sharpen its tip, then install it into the welding head and adjust its position.
● Secure the pipe component onto the welding machine.
● Purge one end of the pipe component with pure argon gas while sealing the other end with aluminum foil to prevent air ingress.
● Set the welding parameters based on the pipe diameter and wall thickness (parameters can be generated automatically with a single key press).
● Press the "Start" button.
● Once a full welding pass is complete, open the welding head; the welding process is now finished.
