The 3-inch pipe cutting machine is securely mounted on a platform and is capable of cutting pipes ranging in diameter from φ6 to 80 mm, fabricated from materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and titanium alloys. The resulting cuts are perpendicular to the pipe axis—smooth, clean, and free of burrs—enabling the vast majority of cut pieces to proceed directly to seal welding following a preliminary tack weld.
