3-inch Pipe Facing Machine:

1. Check the outer diameter of the pipe, select the corresponding clamping sleeve fixture, and clamp it onto the machine head positioning seat.
2. Install the coated double-edged milling cutter and tighten the tool holder; for lithium battery models, install a fully charged Metabo battery.
3. Pass the pipe through the fixture, with the pipe end extending 2~3mm beyond the fixture surface for machining allowance.
4. Start the equipment, the machine head feeds the milling cutter at a constant speed to finish the pipe end, perform milling passes to flatten the end face, remove burrs, and slightly chamfer.
5. After the end face is milled flat, the cutter automatically returns to its original position.
