The AT40 Sealed Autogenous Tube-to-Tubesheet Welder is capable of welding tubes ranging from φ16 to φ32 mm. It is suitable for welding tubes to tubesheets made of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and titanium alloys. Featuring an expanding-mandrel positioning mechanism and a torch design that rests directly against the workpiece, the unit ensures precise alignment, safety, and reliability, while offering convenient and rapid operation.
